Wtc French Round

So after a short break the WTC starts up again in France, I must admit I've got withdrawl symptoms and I'm envious of anyone who has made the trip to the South of France. I'm sure it will be a fantastic round.

Will anyone manage to put a halt to Bou's impressive start to the season. Can Doug repeat last years French win and thus gain his, amazing, 100th WTC round win. lets hope so. I expect the usual battle between Raga and Fujigas and one can never rule Cabestany out. Be good to see Dibs further consolidate his 6th placing and he will no doubt be looking at the scalps of Friexa and Fajardo.

In the junior WTC I would hope and expect an Atom win and a Wiggy podium.

Good luck to all the GB team in France.

And in the Youth WTC, we hope that Ross takes a win :banana2:

Good Ride from the Brits again in a tough event:

Dougie on the podium and James only 2 points of a top 6

Browny on form seems the others were riding a different Trial and a massive well done to Lee Sampson :banana2:

Ross well done for another podium finish..

Lastly who can stop Bou this season he seems to be getting better and better :moon:

any body know where shaun morris was? did he ride??

Looking at the results on the FIM website he didn't start the trial. ???

Always good to see Doug on the podium, but that Bou is going to take some catching up, he just seems to go from strength to strength. Another consolidating performance from Dibs, although it sounds like he threw away a few marks on the second lap and should have broken into the top five. I'm sure he will at some point this year.

Well done to Browny topping the podium in the Junior. You can always rely on the Atom to get the National Anthem played. Hopefully by the end of the season Shaughan will know the words. :banana2:

After section 3 on the first lap Dibs was actually leading the Trial. He's really come on leaps and bounds. He's looking so confident these days and it's showing in his riding. Being ahead of Doug and tied with Raga after the first lap is no mean feat. Time pressure got to him in the second lap and mistakes were made, but it's all a learning process. The combination of bike, Jack as his minder and a good, solid team behind him along with him maturing as a rider has worked wonders. It's only a matter of time till he breaks through.

Now, when we going to see Wiggy on that TRW 125? ;)

He might just bypass the TRW 125 and go straight to the 300, when he is old enough of course. There's no doubt that the Future Trial set up is extremely impressive.

As regards Dibs I wonder if his goals this year are,

1 - finish top six WTC.

2 - Italian Champion

3 - Beat that Dougie Chap in a World Round.

Not necessarily in that order. :D
