scorpa3
Rossi took the win at Assen with Stoner runner up and Hayden third. Well done Valentino!
the addict
Great race, and well done Vally. Looked like Stoner had no reply and took a safe second, Hopper was the second best ride of the day IMO did brilliant to hang on as long as he did. Hope Toseland can get Tony's ride later next month, be great to see what he can do on a competetive MotoGP bike.
gizza5
Rossi was 11th on the grid, didn't make a brilliant start....................but then worked his way through the field for the win. Not really into Road Racing, but that was pretty impressive, well done VR

Stoner is going for the championship. He is in front no need to take risks.Consistency is what he is looking at this far into the season.Rossi been there and done that.Go Stoner Edited July 6, 2007 by bigdamo
steve
It seemed strange that Rossi caught up with Stoner so quick but took so long to pass, he got by the other 9 easily. I think he deliberately shaddowed Stoner to try and force him into an error. A Stoner DNF would have helped Rossi's chances of the championship. Fair play to Stoner for realising he couldn't win and settling for second. Looks like a different rider from last year.
bigdamo
Rossi could not handle the pressure in Germany and chucked it down the road.Go stoner
