zippy Posted July 15, 2007 Report Share Posted July 15, 2007 This is taken straight from the 1986 TLR200 REFLEX service manual CAM CHAIN TENSION Start the engine and allow it to idle. Remove the rubber cap and loosen the cam chain adjuster bolt. When the cam chain tensioner adjuster bolt is loosened, the tensioner will automatically position itself to provide the correct tension. Retighten the adjuster bolt and install the rubber cap. Torqu: 15-22 Nm (1.5-2,2kg-m, 11-16 ft lb) Note: do not loosen the 6 mm bolt. The adjuster bolt is located behind the cylinder.
