Its all laid out for you in there.Aaron Yes it did, but it is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.. I ave heard about bleeding and stuf, but there is none of that in there , is they. amiller Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 How big are you into wrenching? There are several ways to do it. The most simple way is to take the fork out of the clamp. Loosen the cap first. Pop the top and drain the fluid into a container. Run the slide up and down several times to get maximum fluid out. Measure the amount of fluid you took out then add that much back to the fork with fresh 5 weight.
