Low North is owned by the Scarborough and District motor club, as I am sure you are aware, what with you being a member. The vast majority of these members, if not all of them will ride at Low North. As far as people on this website who ride there, I imagine it will be mostly members of Scarborough club, and people in the surrounding area. I have ridden there a couple of times myself. ysb Posted August 1, 2007 Report Share Posted August 1, 2007 Low North Park is owned by Scarborough & District Motor Club and anyone who does practice thier MUST be a Member of the club, as the land is in the Nat Park we as a club have to operate under strict rules from the Nat Parks, and this is one of them.
