honda_tlr
Why not have a word with the montesa dealer in the Uk?
benz19
Why not have a word with the montesa dealer in the Uk? To be honest i dont want to pay ripoff uk prices!
rhaines
I would guess that it would not be that much cheaper buying from the uk dealer. Your heli part were probably quite cheap compared to mitani bits, so if you put in an order a grands worth of bling, customs will probably find out and you will have to pay the import duty(i think the tax free limit is

benz19
Hey guys dont get me wrong,i always support my local dealers and always will for genuine parts and general run of the mill item, but, for exotic upgrades i see no reason why if you can get them cheaper buying direct then whats the issue. Yes people import them, and i no hey have to pay duties and the like, but sometimes thay are adding Huge mark ups too! Just my opinion! Just my opinion! Its hardly supporting your dealer by buying the basics then the good stuff try and save a few bob, don't see the difference really. Lets see what you want to buy and what the prices are in Japan and the uk my guess is a problem with just one thing of bling say a leaky flat tank, would you be able to bable fish a letter of complaint and send it back to japan all ending up cheaper?
