magnon
No probs, i love answering the problems on here as its good practise for me. People hardly ask much when their in my clinic. If he's able to do a good length tension relationship test and show you what to release and what to tighten it should help you. Failing that, buy a foam roller and use the release techniques on every muscle, you'll soon get an idea of which are tight and which need strengthening. Its also worth asking him to have a look at the angle of your pelvic tilt (asis/psis) which will help determine your lumbar curve (or maybe he can measure it). From that you can work out how to train a lot easier. If you find out the answer and can tell me if you have flat back. sway back or excessive lumbar curve i'll be able to send you the stuff you need to do... Well Billy, I've had a bit of a shock, the Calf pain turns out to be suspected DVT so from Monday I
