pumpkin trials
The best way to wash the inside of your helmet is a tried and trusted method used by me you take your helmet into the shower after a trial and as you are washing your hair put the hat on and lather up the inside with the suds from your shampoo on your head do this a couple of times and then place in the hot press sitting upright and it will drip and be dry for the next trial
gwrev3
How come the lining doesn't come out on your helmet? Both mine and my son's helmets are Hebo and the lining comes out on both.
02-apr
I think the only method accepted by manufacturers (recommended by Arai) is to wash in warm water under shower using baby shampoo (neutral pH) and definitely not to use heat to dry. Means you have to wash it when you don't need it the next week but preserves the integrity. It's your head and therefore your choice. zippy
DON'T WASH IT!!! If you do you will destroy the "AROMA OF SUCCESS" Once the Aroma of Success is gone the magic that is held in the helmet that produces all those clean sections will be gone. Or asmy wife says "That really stinks!!" OK I am just lazy and spray it with Febreeze, it helps but still smells a bit.
