ttr250man
Hi, my 02 is registered etc, I commute to work occasionally (12 mile round trip), and ride to where I practice, 3 miles as often as possible. Have fitted Acerbis LED rearlight, 4RT headlight (good colour match, dip+mainbeam, 35w halogen bulb), hydraulic brake light switch on back brake, and made a seat. To do this. Find your ideal backside position and duct tape some thick polythene with a good overlap. On top of this lay 4-5 layers or fiberglass, allow to cure, remove/ trim sides when cured. Evosick on layers of foam in a wedge shape to "level" seat. Upholster with your favourite covering. Asda sell large self adhesive velcro bits, use these to secure seat pan, then easy to remove / replace. I use 12/42 gearing, cruises 45/50 mph. Don't be afraid to ride your Beta on the road, go commute over cars!
