cota kid
A few interesting facts about Middlesbrough and Teesside. It is the first town in the world to owe its existence to railway. It is alleged that Teesside was the Soviets second target in the event of a third world war, due to its heavy industry, nuclear power station. major port and skilled work force. Middlesbrough was the first town to be bombed by the Lufftwaffe in WW2. A quarter of the ships used to evacuate the BEF from Dunkirk were from Teesport, the second largest port in the UK. The only VC awarded at D Day was to CSM Stan Hollis who lived in Middlesbrough.
marky boy
Apparantly there is a very talented and much overlooked trials rider also from there who has a choice of skin suits to wear on a Saturday night on the toon!! He is always found to be muttering that he prefers four strokes, most of the ladies wont give him the one, despite the big boots.
