destry
I've been trying to find a trials bike the last couple of months, but I'm having a tough time. I was hoping someone could help me out and point me in the right direction. I don't know a lot about what trials bike to get and something I don't have to work on all the time:) I'm looking to spend around $4,000 (for a used one). I'd like to do some local events here in Arizona too. Thanks for any help you can give me. Best Wishes, Destry www.destryabbott.com

hannon
for the most part try to find local so that you don't have any shipping charges but dealers tend to have a good selection and with that budget you shouldn't have a problem http://www.lewisportusa.com/ http://www.tryalsshop.com/ http://www.centralarizonatrials.org/home.html http://www.tec-cycles.com/ www.rypusa.com www.atatrials.com that should be a good start
motofire
Wow...Its cool to have you here. Following the advice you have already been given will be a great start. One I would like to add is Motosoup Classifieds. For what you are looking to spend you should be able to get an 05/06 in good shape. The good thing is these bikes dont really get the beating that conventional bikes do, but they can certainly take it. Im just a novice at trials and after a year of competing my bike still looks new(ish). I wished I had started trials a long time ago. It would have made my offroad riding much better. A talented guy like you would have no problem getting the basics down and would probably translate well into your riding. BTW...any chance you'll be doing the LMS? Keep up the good work! You'll get the title back next year.
destry
Hey #10. We got a few Sherco's. Call Noel Smage at 262-723-4773 or check out Adrian at http://www.lewisportusa.comCraig Thanks guys! This is awesome and good job to you guys at the EnduroX. I sould've did this a long time ago. I've played around on trials bikes before, but never had my own. I know I'm going to have a blast and I'm planning on building some stuff in my back yard (for the trials bike). I won't be at the LMS race. Kawasaki doesn't want us to go since they don't have any support there. I'm actually looking forward to some time off:) Maybe next year!
