hovis
been there, i was going to try to do a combernation of 04-05-06 ? but i think it might end up looking odd....... and best spending my money on a tyre, i like the 2 tone top of the tank sticker on the 05, might just get one of them for now, the idea is red 05 front end black 06 back end. or i could just forget the whole idea & just ride the thing

pillar
How do you take the old graphics off the tank and fenders and all that the easy way before applying a new graphics kit?

shercoman2k8
How do you take the old graphics off the tank and fenders and all that the easy way before applying a new graphics kit? Soak the fenders in a hot bath, shove the end of a tea spoon under one end to lift part of the graphic. Now, remove the teaspoon, put back under the water and peel gently! This is also a good time to scrub the fender clean! As for the tank, REMOVE THE CAP then blast with a hairdryer... same as above, slip a knife or end of a teaspoon under, remove and ease off with using the heat from the haridryer to soften the glue... Now, give a quick scrub with brake cleaner!
