Hi all,

I've started putting back together my TLR 250 and thought I would post some pictures to give you all something to look at....

I will be updating the photo link pages as I get the parts and time (should be finished end of Jan 2008).

I have lots to still to fit....... a one piece tank/seat unit, alloy swing arm, exhaust all of this I need to collect from the UK before I can do anymore..

On the following link below shows many photos of the rebuild to date.... I will be updating this as I get the parts and time (should be finished end of Jan 2008) I have put wording against the photos with useful imformation about suppliers, code, modifications which maybe useful to some people.

Hi Vaughan,

Thanks fot that...... looked on your site which is very well detailed and looks like you've done very good job yourself on the OSSA, amazing also how you managed to keep the cost right down, shame you sold the bike, I wish I did the same as you at the begining and took more pictures of the bike to show the before and after effect....

Your probably like me and get great satisfaction from restoring things I really enjoy the time in my garage tinkering around, and if you do it yourself you set the standard your happy with.

I think all twin shocks just have more appeal than the modern bikes, whats your next bike project ?, as for me I think I'll keep it to this one I've spent that much on this TLR I could probably have a 4rt for same money.........

I noticed the TY250 on your site, this was extactly the same as my first bike, the kick start use to fly back up and kill the bottom of my foot as I remember...

Well I hope I don't get shot for this on a "Honda forum", but now I know how to share pictures I want the world to see them, pictures of the wife nude coming soon...... lol

Here's is my TY2520 back when I was a young boy in 1984
