My large frame doesnt suit my standard shock and i have wound it up as much as i can.
dan williams
Yes you can get a heavier spring. A friend of mine got one. I'll find out where he got it and let you know. I think he paid about $100. Dan

scorpa3
Not sure if he can help with trials bike springs; Neil Hudson is an off road suspension specialist, give him a call. Here is his web site Click here
amiller
Not to get personal but how much do you weigh. My buddy rides a 03 Beta and is tipping the scale at 275lbs on a lite day. His shock is far from fully preloaded. We had it rebuilt this past season and the only thing we notice with him is he gets better traction than the rest of us even when he is hanging over the handle bars. The bike works very well with him on board. Some of his strongest points are logs and smaller steps. Things he had problems with on his 321 Gasser with the heavyduty spring. Might want to have a quality rebuild done first. Aaron

I weigh 15 st 7 lb. I'd be interested in other spring options too.
pa.
If you don't bottom out your suspension sometimes, then it is set too hard.
fkrisztian
The spring change need to be done by a professional motorcycle mechanic? I mean this is not the job what can be done at home, is it? Edited December 6, 2007 by fkrisztian
