johnnyboxer
Are they any good? Do they do the job or just break when snagged on a rock Tell me please..........
svleigh
Hi, I have a habit of chucking my 4rt all over the place while going through sections and mine have stayed on no problems. I've scuffed the guards here and there, so I guess they work. Leigh
southern
I fitted a set of guards last Christmas but this years SSDT managed to remove most of the carbon fibre off the bottom edge of the guards but they stayed on for the whole week. They do look a bit tatty now but I fitted them again for the Scott and have left them on.... They do seem to be a very good fit even after grinding away the bottom edges on rocks!!! jsp
i found the black ones fit better than the silver ones, just make sure you put a few strips of technosyl to stop the dirt getting behind and rubbing the frame, i would also protect the stickers as they sometimes turn a bit yellow when covered for a long time. my swinging arms where like new when i took the protectors off to sell it, and they are going straight on my 08 4rt jsp
