the artist formerly known as ish
My boys and I went swimming at the Warm springs Indian reservation yesterday, the whole area is big rock climbs, the water in the pools is from hot springs, nice and warm, big hotel and casino on site, it would make a great place to hold a world round, you can watch some sections without getting out of the pool. toofasttim
We've a similar place here, about 200 k's from Cape Town called Montague. Sorry for the poor photo but you should get the idea. BTW Don't wallow in the water before an enduro. It dehydrates you!

rev3guy
Ishy: Me thinks it is a grand idea, ya know the Indians can do what they want on their land, no forest service or any other agency to restrict the event. Of course that is easy for me to say, I would not be the one doing the event. However, if you ever decide to do another, just let me know and I will make the trip down from Seattle for a couple a weekends to help out. Thanks for your effort last weekend at the PNTA points event, so sorry we did not have a better turnout. The sections rocked and the loop kicked your butt, found meself huffin and a puffin many times, and I dont even smoke. Cheers to you, Brian and the others for making it happen. toofasttim
Another view, another poor pic. Mines better than yours Ish ! Bigfoot you might want to visit in Oct. Great restaurant in town called Jessica's. Worth a daytrip. About reservations, didn't the Indians pull permission for the MX des Nation at the last minute a few years ago? toofasttim
How far from CT? RTFPP (read the %^$ previous post) . Had an interesting experience at another restaurant in Montagu once. Day after an enduro, on the way home, about ten of us traipsed into a restaurant and ordered lunch, mine arrived with prickly lettuce on the plate. I pushed the lettuce (rabbit food) around the plate and anounced to the table that I was sure I had ridden over that plant the previous day. The owner of the restaurant heard and instead of bollocking me burst out laughing. Turned out he used to ride speedway for a London club and had retired to Montagu. Ended up being a very pleasant afternoon at his expense. Hey John, do you like sharks ("only with tartar sauce")?

bigfoot
Tim The few sharks I've seen have appeared friendly and likable but looks can be deceiving. Why do you ask? I hope you're not think I'm getting in one of those cages and going down amoungst them.

Not in the cage (grumble..) in one of the boats. It's an idea. Did you follow up on the Kagga Kamma thing or to busy playing redneck?
