Important Info For All Ssdt Entrants!

So far we've got eleven SSDT payments into our bank account, and only seven of them can be identified. Already four people have sent their entry fees in without a reference to tell me who they are or who their payment is in respect of.

Can I just remind everyone that if we can't identify that a payment is yours, you will lose your place in the trial. Come 15th February I'll be going through all the statements, matching off all the payments we've got with the entrants, and if I can't match your payment with your entry fee then you lose out. No excuses accepted - it's your responsibility to put a reference on your payment. I have neither the time nor the inclination to be trailing round banks trying to get them to trace payments for me!

Of the four problem payments received so far, two of them give me enough clues to allow me to narrow it down to a handful of riders, who I'll contact individually to work out whose payments they are. The other two have some details given below - if you think they could be yours, send an email to ssdtoffice@ssdt.wanadoo.co.uk and we'll see if we can match up the remaining information to identify you as the payee.

The very first payment made was on 7th January, and the only reference given was the payee's sort code. If you were exceptionally keen and paid straight away from a Scottish RBOS bank account, please get in touch as soon as possible so that I can mark you as having paid your fee!

The second payment was an international bank transfer - the only one received so far in fact, so if you've paid by international transfer already, please get in touch so that you don't lose out.

Strop over!

We now have a lot of payments successfully received - many thanks to those of you who paid properly! However, there's five payments that can't be identified as no reference has been given with the transfer. All five of them are people who have gone into an RBOS branch and paid the money directly to the teller rather than transferring from their own account - if you used this method of payment, please read on in case one of these is yours!

  • 7th January : Payment made at RBOS Livingston branch
  • 11th January : Payment made at RBOS Dyce branch
  • 18th January : Payment made at RBOS York branch
  • 22nd January : Two payments made one after the other at an unidentified branch!

If you think that any of these could be yours, please email me at SSDT Office. Remember, if we can't tell that you've paid, you've lost your place, so it's worth checking!

The two payments made yesterday were made side by side - I can't identify the branch at the moment, but if you paid over the counter with one of your pals yesterday, please let me know...there can't be that many of you out there!

You have 2 Scotsmen and a Yorkshireman paying early!!! Given the normal nature of people from those areas it cant be hard to work out who they are :banana2:
