gavit
Hi everyone, I live in Kent and would like to take my son away for for a 3 day trials weekend. We are both at advance novice/early intermediate level. We want to go somewhere within about a 100 miles ish. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. There must be someone out there who can point us in the right direction of a place to ride, or a friendly club! edster191
This is a bit further than 100 miles. I had a long weekend there last year with 6 friends all of different abilities. It was a fantastic venue with comfortable cheap accommodation and fantastic riding. www.trialsholidays.co.uk.

gavit
Trials Holidays in Cornwall looks great but unfortunately it is about a 5-6 hour drive for me-) I need somewhere a little closer. Not necessarily an organized venue maybe just a local club with a couple of good places to ride for a couple of paying guests. We will sort out our own accommodation in a bed & breakfast somewhere. boofont
How slow do you drive? Its only 6-7hrs drive for me and i'm in Cumbria 5-6 hours Sounds about right to me, you forget, the traffic in the south is horrendous. Also, I bet you can pick up the M6 and not hit traffic until Manchester.
scottt
Is it really that bad down there for traffic, and your right i dont see much traffic till i get to Manchester. It would be quicker riding the bike to Cornwall if its that bad down there.
