steve
Hi all, I only have 2 unfinished projects in the garage at the moment so I am thinking about another one!!!!! I have a pile of bits and was thinking of throwing them together. I have an early Greeves frame ('59 I think) from the essex twin and was thinking of using a C15 engine I have spare. I don't like the Greeves forks so am considering putting some modified 3ta forks on that I have. Do you think it will be any good? what do you think of Bitsa's / hybrid's? Any opinions welcome. Steve.
toofasttim
I can't answer your question but I reckon your best bet is to ask Don Morley seeing that Ralph Venables (mayherestinpeace) has passed on. No idea how to get hold of him. You could try John Dickenson at TMXNews
trialscot
Go to a seance I think!. There's quite a good short article in the February 1988 issue of Classic Bike on an Australian guys BSA B40/Greeves. It's an Anglian I think but the principle is the same, his has Cerianis. He does start his piece with a good point though that one of his mates said - "I don't care what you claim, we never rode things like that in the sixties".
