trh71
Am i going mad?!! Right where do i start, I came off my 02 sherco 2.9 and snapped the clutch lever off, i got a pair of forged ones to go on, but the clutch one didnt fit, so i got another one (different make) and that dose'nt fit ether! Now i have to try and describe why not! From the center of the pivot bolt hole, to the center of the plunger is only 15mm on the clutch where the front brake is 20mm as are all the levers (both brake & clutch). It looks like the master cylindar has been drilled out wrong. But to confuse me more the orignal clutch lever mesures 15mm to match? I'll try and put some photo's on to describe better. I'm not sure what else i can tell you, if you could mesure the distance between the pivot bolt and plunger on your clutch, at least i'd know if its my master cylinder thats wrong. Can't work out how to put photos on sorry. Do Gas Gas's have the same master cylinders? I hope you can help me TIM
copemech
I measured what I think you just described and came out 15mm on my '07!
motodaz
Yes, GasGas do use the same master cylinders/levers (older ones atleast) , and my 04 sherco has 15mm gap aswell, hope this helps.
