.....seems to be on a lot more than on the Sherco, and on almost continually after running fro 10 mins or so use. Is this normal for the 300?

Coolant level is fine, but will give the rad a good hosing to ensure its clean. But..... whats the best way to do this without knackering the fan bearings with water?

Thanks......

Steve

Hi Steve,

The fan motor on the PRO models do seem to be on for longer periods than other makes and they seem to cut in quite early, it's all very normal though. Try not to aim a water jet at the fan motor

Mine does seem to be on alot more now you mention it!! Haven't really noticed before. If you do get water round the motor spray WD40 (or equivalent) into the back of the fan, where it is mounted on the motor so that the water is not rusting up the bearings and seizing the motor. Giving you an expensive part to buy!!
