boner
Guys, was out riding over the weekend and noticed a rattling noise coming from somewhere... Upon further inspection I found it to be the front disc was vibrating as it has a little play. Thought that this couldn't be right - so checked all the bolts and found that they were all tight. So - took it all apart and cleaned it all up so that everything looked as good as new, put it back together again, and it was still loose! So my question is - is the front disc suposed to have a certain amount of play? Thanks - Boner.

biffsgasgas
In the past i have slipped an o ring between the cuped washer and the disc to quiet them down. Looks a little cleaner than silicone. It is ment to float. --Biff
