hop blip and a jump
I've done this on other bikes and the best way is to boil a kettle of water, then fill a pan up with the hot water and dip the bearing end of the swinging arm into it for a minute or two. They should hit out easily because the alloy expands more than the steel bearing cages!! Dont forget to get your tools ready first!
