skiboy
Can anyone tell me of a good trials bike dealer in Dorset? One which sells used bikes as well. I am looking to getting back into Trials and want to buy a bike. I do not want to spend too much, just something to get my interest going agaian. Thanks
boner
Skiboy, the long and the short of it is... there aren't any! (That I'm aware of). The nearest are: Sammy Millers in New Milton, BH25 5SF (Not many bikes though) or BVM in Stroud. A good selection of used bikes, and a VERY good service. http://www.bvm-moto.co.uk/ The other option is to keep an eye on ebay (once you know what you want) - and it's worth going to a few competitions and asking about for used bikes, and talk to other riders to see what they think works best, and what to stear clear of. Hope this helps. Cheers - Boner.

Wilts & Dorset MCC if you ride twin shock, and then there's YeoVale (but that's Somerst) to name but a few... As for Sammy Miller - doesn't do many bikes, but have seen a couple there over the years and/or might know of some. I'd try BVM first though. Cheers - Boner. The only one that comes to mind is my local dealer - www.inchains.co.uk they are down at Ringwood.- I bought my Beta 2nd hand from there and I've been dealing with them for a long time. Nigel and his wife who own it are very knowledgable and extremely trustworthy. There isn't a lot that Nigel doesn't know about bikes and how to set them up so they are worth a try. Last time I was there (last week) they had a lovely '04 montesa in great condition for

Cheers Simplest thing to do is keep an eye on TMX news: what's on this weekend: http://www.tmxnews.co.uk/website_content/n...kend/index.html And have to agree with Yo Yo that In Chains are good, but would say that they are more motocross/enduro focused.
