jza Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 I've got a new 6mm bashplate ready to fit, bought off H&D racing on fleebay. Looks like a great improvement The instructions suggest tightening the front bolts on a bit, then lining up the rears. Thing is, the angle of the front of the plate is such that the rear bolts are about 1/2 and inch off. The 6mm metal doesnt want to bend at all. How on earth do i bend it in to place? eiaprilia Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 it took me and my dad to get mine on, it was a right royal pain in the ass!! bolted it on at the rear then used a log to wedge under the front of the plate, my dad used his weight to bend the plate while i got the bolts in. good luck dude Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
