runar500
I have had my TYZ forks apart, getting them back together gives me a litte challange, though.. I belive this is a 1994. There are two metal "cups", I belive they go in first, followed by the cartridge? Problem is I cant get the cartridge to go all the way down in the bottom tubes, which means that I cant enter the bolts that hold the cartridge to the bottom tube. (hope you understand what I'm trying to say.. ) Is there anywhere on the net that I can download a workshop manual? Thanks!

The easiest way is to turn the cartridge upside down, put the cone on the end of the cartridge (they usually only go on one way, and the taper part will be at the top when the fork is turned upright) and then slide the lower leg over the cartridge. You may need to wiggle them around a little for the bottoming cone to drop into the bore where it sits. Then put the basebolt in the lower part of the leg (don't forget the copper washer) and tighten it. Jon
