paulmc
He's only copying what an un-named Gt Ayton resident did over Ruswarp Bridge, Whitby, twenty years ago. And to put it in perspective, that is a painted metal structure (with no fast flowing river beneath) and he was on an air-cooled Yam! madcr500
I'm no expert and i know a lot of people will think i'm talking rubbish but that chris pfeifer bridge crossing didnt look that hard really. Don't get me wrong, it must be scary and must have taken a lot of erm. . . Testicles. But it didnt look that steep or particularly narrow, no wind or anything and good grip. Here is an opinion of mine: I have noticed that the majority of the Xtreme stunts and BIG events are not really that technically difficult just lots of erm.....Testicles and gas. But here in the states that's what puts butts in seats. OK I are ready for the opposite opinion to be expressed.
betabro
Fair call on the bridge not being super hard, but it was a warm up to run the 450 BMW over it. Stills at the end of the vid. At the same time we are talking about one of the greatest stunt riders of all time. Just getting up on the roof of the Hummer would have stuffed most of us. Thats kind of what i was saying. Getting onto the bridge was the hardest part and for someone like him, he could do that bit in his sleep. Nice stoppie down the other side though.
