Yamahaty250xox, youve averaged about 3 posts per week this year about problems with the bike.........................................for **** sake sell the ****in thing.

At a guess the pilot is too small or theres **** in the pilot system, use TTS in high octane unleaded, could even be pilot is too big and flooding the system, not sure about 125 settings but 44 seems a big jet

If it run well before it is most likely you have dirt in the idling system. Carefully clean the pilot jet and all idling system passages in the carb body or preferably... clean all jets and passages in the car body. Use clean and filtrated compressed air or an ultrasonic cleaner.

Clean and oil the air filter and keep doing this every week. Be carefull to avoid dirt when filling petrol.

Pilot jet size 44 confuses me, I think it should be 37 or 38 and main jet around 110-115. If the needle jet and needle combination is mixed up it will cause problems.

I have done a number of posts about the VHST carb jettings and problems a couple of years ago. You find them here http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8792 and here http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index....t=0&start=0

Good luck :wall:

why dont you phone or find out through Lampkin importers, they are always enthusiastic to help. they have to be to sell bikes. the standard jetting should be fine, so perhaps find out what the sandard is and use that, if you still have problems you should definately contact them. when changing the jets make sure you clean jets and passages with compressed air.PS, i am sure the stock is a minuki carb, why not change to that, they cant be that bad, every other 2007 125bike i have heard has ticked over with it.
