gasgasser
What do people think abount waterproof socks, eg sealskinz, my new boots lasted about 2 months before water started to pour in. I still use hot wax on the leather but my socks still leak, whats the answer for dryer feet!!!!
beta boy
dont put them in water. only jokin what boots have you got if they have a natural finish you can use dubbing on them that will keep em waterproof should be able to get some from an army surplus store. not sure about sealskins ive tried them and the made my feet sweat loads
bikespace
One thing I noticed last week was someone had a pair that came right up to the top of his boots, and as I squelched around in my normal length sealskins I thought - I should have bought some of those. They're only waterproof until you go over the top of them funnily enough, so I'd go for the longest you can get.
stuessenhigh
I got the long sealskinz from bvm-moto and they are brilliant. My boots leak like buggery..even after dubbin/wax...I tried everything. BUT the sealskinz are the best thing..slightly longer than my boots. AND I've worn them here in about 30oC and about 90 percent humidity..and they weren't TOO sweaty.
