matt_tily Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 Hi my bike won't start, I think I've flooded the engine, as can smell fuel strongly and spark plug wet. Whats the best way to resolve it, either dry the spark plug off and leave for a few days, or bump start it? lowbrow Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 Turn the fuel off, no choke and kick her over keeping the throttle pinned wide open. Good luck, Dave you wont need a new spark plug but it might help, dry and clean your plug, i find it easier to get someone to hold you up and kick with no fuel, choke or throttle and within 10/15 mins it'll be running sweet, remember to put fuel on tho, i forgot once and spent another hour waiting for fuel to go through haha Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
