Has anybody had a problem with the cooling system pressurising on this model? if so what was the cause, im guessing a corrosion or a crack. I have removed the cylinder head with no signs of anything untoward. I ve got a feeling its the cranckcase as there are little or no exhaust fumes escaping from the radiator.

please help this newbie

many thanks

Jeepster,

What exactly are the symptoms and under what conditions?

The cooling systems are designed to run pressurized, in part to prevent cavitation/air bubbles and for every one PSI of pressure, the boiling point of the coolant is raised approximately 2 degrees.
