rev_80_brothers
I recently bought a Gasser 125 Pro. I have replaced the piston, rings and little end as it was a little noisy. The starting remains poor. When it's cold, no problem at all, but when hot it can be a dog to start. Strangely, adding choke when hot cures the problem. I've tried adjusting the air screw, whch made no difference at all. I haven't stripped the carb yet, or changed the plug, but I do wonder if: 1. This is a common 125 problem, and 2. Whether a larger pilot jet will help to richen it a little on the bottom. Any thoughts, advise or comments on similar experience welcome!
