hammerski
if the 2T isn't FI, did they keep the keihin or go back to mikuni?
john.b
Just been looking at the pictures from the press release and I quite like the look of the bike. However looks like the ignition module was forgotten about and is a last minute addition, looks like it may be vunerable to damage from a fall. neonsurge
I wonder how much imput Mr Lampkin has had to the whole design of this bike? Not much if the "WFT?" expression on his face in the first photo is anything to go by!
timbo
Well i'd have one!

jse
From the pics i would say Keihen,i can just make out the air screw knob thingy!! Appears to be a Keihin based on the screws on the slide cap, shape of the floatbowl and bell configuation. The angular "stealth plane" styling is quite refreshing, can't wait to see one in person! motofire
Does anyone know if the 4T is FI? Also...from the pics it looks as though the pipe will take a beating on lay downs.
neonsurge
Also...from the pics it looks as though the pipe will take a beating on lay downs. That and the crappy footpegs are to keep the aftermarket accessory manufacturers happy. Mind you, at least Beta use decent quality bolts that aren't made of soft cheese (I'm looking at you, Honda).
