zarkoff Posted September 29, 2008 Report Share Posted September 29, 2008 hi there i have recently bought a rev 4 and was wondering what sprocket sizes other owners where using mine is 10/42 and i think it is a tad high geared in 1st . also can any one tell me what the c and a on the electric fuel tap means and how does it work . any help would be very appreciated thanks zarkoff. betajones Posted September 30, 2008 Report Share Posted September 30, 2008 10/42 has been lowered. Standard is 11/42. I have ran 10/42 all year and had no problems. When the fuel tap is pointing down. The will only go into the carb when the engine is running. When it is pointing up fuel continously flows. So always leave it pointing down unless you have emptied the carb, by draining it or tipping the bike upside down. I hope this helps.
