jmck
There is a 65 Triumph Cub advertised locally here in 'good' condition; what would the approximate value be for one? I would like one to compete with, but have no idea what to pay for one.
swooshdave
are they listing a price? is it set up for trials now?
jmck
are they listing a price?is it set up for trials now? They are asking $3,895.00, and it sounds like it is completely stock. My initail thought is they are asking quite a bit for the bike, but I am unsure. If it's already set up for trials, well, all the better. If it's one of those hyper-light trick Cubs then it's probably a good deal. So depending on how bad you want one... tony283
If it is a Trials Cub and not a Mountain Cub and properly set up for trials you could be paying a lot more than the asking price. My Cub, if put on the open market would cost between $8-10,000. Depending on what, if anything, has been done you might need to spend another $2000 to bring it up to a good riding spec. Throw up some pictures and we can tell you what it might need. Tony
