Grip Grip & More Grip Sherco 4t

I had chance to get out on the bike today, the practise area is woods and in the woods there is plenty of rock climbs it was raining hard with very little grip with leaf litter and a mix of clay and real sh---y stuff, there is some good hill climbs with tree roots dotted throughout each climb plus rocksteps to have a go at.

I am really surprised each time I did a section how much grip the sherco 4t gives you when your head tells you the bike should brake traction just roll back the throttle to tickover then roll it back on just above tickover and it just chugs along giving you bags of confidence on climbs that you can bearly stand up on without hanging on a tree.

The only way I can discribe the grip is if you have owned, or had a go on a farm quad and you roll on the throttle you feel the backend dig in then thats the feeling a real fourstroke with bags of torque.

I played around with stage 1 & stage 2 settings on the handlebars and I found that stage 2 it gave a softer feel in the snotty stuff and stage 1 worked very well and in the quarry with loads of grunt I also found the engine braking on the down hills very good not to agressive to want to through you over the bars but a usefull aid for you to use.
