fanticmatze
Hi all, I have a problem with my Scorpa SY250R 2002: The radiator fan does not work when the engine gets hot. I tried, the fan itself does work when I connect it to a power source directly, but even when I connect the cables of the thermoswitch directly, the fan does not work. Has anyone had the same problem or any idea?
_tr11al5
have you done anything to the wiring recently? Just follow the wire right the way down and make sure nothing has gone wrong, I kno its hard though as the wiring goes up and down and is hidden around the frame. albert
The white connector with the loop of wire in came apart on mine , rapped a strap around it and fan worked. I would check connections and link temp stat out to see if stats ok.

fanticmatze
Okay, I'm close to the solution of my problem: It is the wiring, and where three wires go onto one tiny black thing under the seat, they are broken. But has anyone a clue what it is and if it's neccessary or if I can connect them directly to the frame??? Picture will follow soon!

drhud
Just had the same thing happen. Tried connectig the two fan wires and still nothing. The picture you posted is very small, and can not seem to find anythign that resembles it. I found the larger cyclinder and large black box under the seat, both with many wires connected to them. Can you describe specifically where you found your issue? Thanks
