Front Wheel At Wrong Angle!

I had a crash today :D on my beta rev3 06 in which the bike went up in the air and came down hard on its side with a 'crack'. I picked it up, jumped on and noticed that when holding the handle bars straight the front wheel was slightly off straight. (About 10mm to the right when looking at the tyre just past the mudguard.) I tryed to hold the wheel with my knees and bend it back around but it wouldnt go back straight. Later on i took the mudguard off and wheel out, loosened everything on the shocks/yokes and put it back together. I noticed that when the mudguard brace was off how easy it was to hold the wheel with the knees and move the handle bars to 'straighten' the wheel. Is this normal as i was quite shocked at how much rigidity the mudguard brace gave? I think the mudguard brace is bent on the one side as when i tightened the mud guard back on the wheel went out of straight again. Although the wheel is better than before it is still not completly straight. Has anyone else had this problem and know what could be wrong. Im hoping i havent done something to the yokes although they look ok!!!. The handle bars are ok and definetly not he problem.

Remove the brace again and loosen the bottom yoke fork clamps but keep the top clamps tight. Hold the front brake on and pump up and down on the forks which should push/pull the bottom clamp into the right place. Tighten everything up and see if all is ok (if not, you could have a bent fok), refit the brace and have another look...
