coldcake
As the title suggest,my scorpa's air box has lost it's thread on one of the brass nuts.So apart from boring out to M6, is there any way of getting the nut out and replacing with new one? jreilly
I removed brass insert on one of mine and epoxy new one in its place.Came out pretty decent.JR

scorpa3
carefully drill it out to 5mm then use a 6mm tap (use some light oil on the tap when you are cutting the thread). Be careful to clean out any swarf which drops into the air box.
