jse
HI I was wondering if any of you guys could I identify and perhaps give me the low down on why my 2002 Pampera (which I believe has a 2001 TXT250 engine ? ) has the attached Mikuni Carburetor instead of a Delorto As far as I know, the 02's came with the Dellorto PHBL26 carbs. Are you the original owner? Jon
needlongerlegs
No I'm the third owner, I've only just got it, I did however get the Delorto carb with the bike, Tried to contact original owner but no luck R's NLL
hrc1
Is it a 250? I know there were carb issues on the 280 Pamp. That might have prompted a change..

peterb
Hi there, It may be that someone just wanted to try out the Mikuni. What model DellOrto is it? - a PHBH26 or PHBL26. Have a look at the cylinder to see if it has any casting marks to identify it as a "25" or "28", 250 or 280. The Pampera's came out with both engine sizes and the 2 different carbs. Bye, PeterB.
