a slack dab
All you need is a number plate which is visible from 15 meters with a reflector a horn that is constant I have strapped a air horn to the forks before and make sure the bike is in good order
totalshell
yes and no.. speedo not req. ( but is when you ride the bike on the road) for a p65 bike ( i make the assumption as this is the p65 thread) reflector not req. bulb type horn more than adeqate ( for a later bike, 70's onward the continuos horn is req.) no. plate not req. its simple really almost ludicrossly so.. stickinthemud
Visit the MOT tester's manual here The rule for horns is - "A motor bicycle first used before 1 August 1973 may be fitted with a bulb horn." So make sure you get an age related plate not a Q plate. As Totalshell says - the speedo is not checked for the MoT.
