My 99 mont has a polished magnesium crank case cover but all teh other ones i see seem to have a kind of bronzey coloured matt finish - any ideas why mine is different?? Cheers, i do kep mine as shiney as poss, i find it a very satifying job getting the Auto Solv out, reminds me of polishing my old MGB GT - ah the memories. I prefer the polished look to painted.
