mudman
Hi, I have taken the rear brake pedal off of my sherco 2t 2008 because the tip was bent and i needed to straighten it. On fitting the pedal when i tighten the retaining bolt the pedal locks up until i back off bolt, have i lost a washer or something as surely this bolt should be tight and still allow free movement of pedal? regards Andrew
husky
Try a new bolt, possibly the bolt is slightly bent from the impact
copemech
The bolt should tighten against the flange end of the bushing. The bearing(and pedal) should rotate freely on the bushing.
