bikespace
Wow - it's about 25 years since I last rode at Woodhouse farm, and looking down that results list there's only 2 or 3 names I don't recognise. Good to see Woodhouse Farm back in action. I'd love to ride there again after all these years.
cota kid
I thought Woodhouse Farm was land used by the Middlesbrough Club?
wri5hty
m/bro lost it ck the farmer wanted more than we could pay for it. i believe dirt bike trax have done a deal to get sole rights to the land for the year (with date limitations). we were a bit gutted we lost it but not that bothered who has it as long as they have the odd trial there too good a venue to lose for ever. there was a few of us from m/bro went and rode and had a good laugh made a nice change having nothing to do with the trial. the weather made it slippy as hell ck it was worse than lazenby, never thought i would say that! cota kid
Lazenby now that always was a horrible, slimey trial but a great work out after spending the previous 2 weeks, Christmas & new Year, eating and drinking. I once helped Bill Curry and a few others set up some sections there and the ones I flagged I couldn't ride the next day....
wri5hty
Its always a pain in the a**e flagging out lazenby, cant put the course markers out the day before or the little asbo boys nick em so always a very early start the day of the trial. bill was up there helping me this year. me bill and Steve go ride a lot of trials together 2 cracking lads, they go well in the greasy stuff i hate it spend most the time flat on my a**e.
