merrydeth Posted April 24, 2009 Report Share Posted April 24, 2009 Think he sorted his problem, apparently he was putting the fuel pipe from the petrol tap straight to the bottom of the float bowl, not where it should be and that was filling the float bowl up and then out of the overflow.... It might be something as simple as the main jet access plug vibrating on the top of the engine case (the Keihin usually needs to be spaced out farther than the Dellorto to clear the case) and causing frothing and needle valve vibration leakage.
