Hi Guy's,

Have any of you got any photos of Paul (Heinz) Heys's Winning Triumph Cub. You know what I am like by now, I just need to see what makes this bike tick. I am not saying that Paul is not a brilliant rider ,because he must be to have won. And the bike being 230cc makes that a bit trick? has anyone information about whats in the engine,etc. Perhaps Classic Dirt Bike might test it later for us ,with Pauls permision. More importantly Congratulations on a fine win Paul.

I saw Paul on it a few weeks back and it looks anything but trick, nothing like Thorpe / Calvert etc Cubs.

Really pleased for him to have won, nice bloke and a good rider. Well done.

Hi Lingo,

The winning cub has a black tank with a logo on it "number "57" hense Heinz", Hi Woody Having looked on the yorkshire site I have found a picture of a CUB that looks a lot like the one that Paul rode, but not so tidy. and the rider is Max Heys, Father? Brother? One of the yorkshire boys must know the bike and its history? Just intrested.

I know its off subject, but did anybody notice that Robin Luscombe came third and only dropped 4 marks on a borrowed Triumph twin.

Also chips forth & Les fifth !
