husky
Had a 10 minute go on one, thought it the best production bike i've ridden
beatabeta
From my experience I would always go with the 300 but depends on what you like. 280cc - more revvy and instant and a bit top endy 300cc - has more low down grip/grunt/torgue without being over revvy and has a smoother power supply. Although 300 can wear on the arms after a long day. This is my opinion on the bikes but like I say depends on what you like and how you ride. Why not a 250cc? - would be ideal bike for 99% of riders
manx2day
I currently have an 07 300 and i have to say it is the best bike i've ridden. I've found it much better than the 04 250 that i had previous and would love to get a newer version. I have ridden an 09 300, with a flywheel weight, wasn't keen on the flywheel weight and would like to ride one standard! People have been raving about the 09 250 and i have to say it's an excellent bike. Obviuosly lacking the low down grunt and top end of the 300, still very good. What is everyones opinion on the standard 09 300? Would like to upgrade and probably go for the 2010.

benbeta23
hi there, what differnce did the fly wheel make? it slows down the power a bit, and makes the bike easier to control Edited May 24, 2009 by GasGasben
