gbingley
Title sponsor Lloyd Motor group and haulage giant Eddie Stobart have announced it as 'unlikely' that they will continue to support World Trials at Nord Vue despite the perceived success of the World Trial GP at the Carlisle venue. The venue has an uncertain future and the two local companies seem likely to focus on World Rally in the case of Stobart and 'Local events' as far as Lloyd group are concerned. 'Due to a lack of opportunity to hold World class Trials at Nord vue in the forseeable future we need to look at other opportunities to promote our business' a spokesman commented. ' Nord Vue was a great success but it's a shame there will be no repeat in the next few years' he continued.
