monkey
Does anyone out there have issues with their Beta using too much fuel? At first I thought it could be something simple-like a dirty carb or float issues, but having thoroughly checked and cleaned it-it is still not quite right? Anyone with suggestions will be appreciated!
clarkp
I hear BETA is coming out with a diesel-powered trials bike called the TORK3 - could be just the ticket for you. Is it dribbling gas out the overflow tubes? If so, you could probably use a new needle seat and float needle - could probably stand to connect the two overflows together with one piece of tubing also. muffin
A diesel powered Beta, if that's true I want one! Where did you get that info from? Edited November 12, 2004 by Muffin
craig10
Check the carb is not overflowing, Rev-3's are notorious for this. You can change the float height as per Billy Traynors post (on this BB somewhere), or send the carb to John Lampkin who will mod it (basically move the internal overflow higher up) for
