pete_scorpa3
Fake bids are definately the scourge of ebay. I have seen so much crap get relisted after their mates obviously over bidded it. In other words, schill bidding! Ebay say this is not allowed but then strongly encourage it by making bidders identities secret. In a way they don't care because a schill bid bumps up the price and also bumps up their profits. If a schill bidder wins the auction, Ebay wins twice because the item is usually relisted and they get to charge again and again. Sadly it's just one of those things you have to put up with if you want to use ebay.
bilc0
In a Auction house it's regular practice for an Auctioneer to bid you against the wall,if he think's he can get away with it. Ebay is no diffrent.
